To promote communication, mentorship, leadership, and career development among female members of SIM while increasing diversity and inclusion across the broader SIM community.

A SIM community where women in technology have the network, confidence, and support to advance — and where every member plays a role in developing the next generation of IT leaders.

The group aims to mentor and connect women rising through IT ranks with experienced CIOs and IT leaders through structured 1:1 mentoring. It also focuses on developing resources through coaching, webinars, and skill-building materials that companies may not provide internally, while expanding networking opportunities that range from small-group lunches to a national Leadership Summit. More broadly, it works to diversify and elevate the representation, visibility, and influence of women across SIM chapters and the broader IT profession.

Members gain access to monthly webinars featuring executive coaches, successful CIOs, and networking experts, along with regional networking events and the SIM Women Leadership Summit. The program also offers individual development opportunities such as Ladies Who Lunch, Call a Coach, and 1:1 mentoring, while increasing visibility through the Member Spotlight program that recognizes women who exemplify leadership and commitment in their careers and within SIM.
