As a technology leader, you're expected to make high-stakes decisions, influence stakeholders, and guide your team through constant change — often with limited time and imperfect information. The Leadership Insights SIG brings together SIM members facing these same pressures to share real experience, exchange practical approaches, and sharpen the judgment that only comes from learning alongside peers who've been there.
