Malu Schloss, Board Secretary

Malu Schloss, President of Learning Solutions Online, Inc., advises and collaborates with organizations in developing performance-driven learning or  documentation strategies for enterprise applications. From design to deployment, she actively works with business partners, IT, subject matter experts and users to arrive at the most suitable and productive training and performance support solutions. Sample engagements include JPMorgan Chase, CitiGroup, Marsh, Inc., HSBC Securities, Merrill Lynch, Lipper/Reuters and Olsten Kimberly Quality Care. Previously, she was Training Manager  at Dreyfus Corporation where she partnered with IT, playing key roles in several change management endeavors, such as the Transfer Agency system conversion and a business process reengineering project called the Dreyfus "SuperStation".

Malu has been a member of the SIM New York Metro Marketing Committee and Webmaster since late 2001. She is a Board member of two professional training organizations: International Society for Performance Improvement, (New York Chapter) and MetroSet and is affiliated with the ELearningGuild.
